The gentleman helping me was sweet and really showed good customer service !there was a young lady who was yelling at her fellow... corkers and she had no manners when she ranged me up . The subway app is garbage. Half of the time it won't let you complete the order and unlike every other fast food app under the... sun, the subway one does not automatically direct your order to the nearest location. So I accidentally ordered to the wronglocation twice in a row. While it isn't the stores fault, maybe if they knew how a landline worked and how to answer the phoneeither time I wouldn't have paid twice for my sandwich. (once at the wrong location, once reordering at the nearby store.) I'mclearly not the only person bothered by their ignorance of the phone, but the app is trash. It needs an auto-location featureand a CANCEL feature, just in-case I make a mistake and the employees don't know how to use telephones in 2022. Read more

You might want to let them know you have a coupon before you order if that's the case. We just got a coupon in the mail and... ordered our sandwiches and they told us that they wouldn't honor the coupon because they were in the middle of redoing theirmenu. The coupon wasn't for a specific sandwich it was just for a deal on two sandwiches of any type. Had we known they wouldn'thave honored the coupon we would have just eaten at home. I know it sounds Petty,but these days 7 dollars on lunch goes a longway. Read more

The quality of food was good, but the service was not great. The two guys working when I went in didn't even acknowledge me... coming in and there was only one other person in the restaurant. They were both slow and seemed unsure of how to talk to people.When it was my turn to order the guy just stared at me and didn't ask or say anything. It was a very strange, uncomfortable, badcustomer service. The manager should never have those two work together. I went in 6/27/22 between 4-6pm. Read more

Had a great experience at this restaurant tonight and I just want to let the managers/owners know amazing job hiring the 2 young... men that were there! All sandwiches made were amazing, in fact I would say perfect! Personalities of the 2 working were amazingand positive and even made me laugh! Truly nice job hiring team with these 2! Read more

The staff is super friendly and patient. I wish they could take tips because they work so hard and quickly, they definitely... deserve one! The store is clean. All toppings and breads are always available. This is a good Subway to attend. Read more
