Went in this morning to get breakfast after working a 12 hour night shift and at 8:15 am the door was locked, lights out but... there was a guy inside. I called in and he said he was not going to open until 9:00 because he wasn't ready. Since when dobusinesses just open whenever they feel like it? You inconvenience your customers by not opening at your scheduled time. Sleepin because you didn't want to get up? Out partying the night before? Does the owner know? Customer service is getting lousierand lousier. Work ethic has gone out the window. Read more

Definitely have not been super impressed with the quality of food from this location. But, in a jam it?s better than microwave... food or McDonald?s. However, I waited until shortly after nine, the website and the store hours listed on the door stated itopens at 9. No one here. Real irritated that I waited around for it to open and no one showed up. Based on the reviews and myexperiences, it does not seem that the owner or manager of this particular franchise takes much pride in their establishment. Read more
Fast friendly i just got 3 cookies. The cookies was a little to crunchy for my liking but tasted great the raspberry white... chocolate is what I ordered. The middle was softer and made it taste great not so dry. Read more
Okay so I went into Subway on Monday, January 25th at 5:20:38 P.M. 4390 Garrity Blvd Nampa, Idaho, 83686 Served by: 1008 Term... ID-Trans# 1/A-396581 Host Order ID: SPM20210125052038 I must say l Anika can make a huuuuuge sandwich and get it to fold overand wrap. She made sure to double wrap the sandwich and was very nice about making such a Extraordinary Sub. I went in with ared collar on around my neck and she didn't say anything about it. She took my order polite as ever, I had a Italian B.M.T. withextra meat, toasted with alternating provolone and pepper jack cheeses with onions on it. The Sub sandwich had everything on itwith extra olives, sweet onion sauce and a little mayo, salt, pepper as well as oregano, double meat. I left a $5.00 tip notonly for the exceedingly professional mannerisms this stores employees have, the way the product is fresh, the attention toquality product. The story was cleansely I didn't see any debris of any kind in any part of the store. I paid $9.74 for thesandwich which I could only eat half of. I was taken care of better here than any other Subway in my life. If you want a goodquality meal that's healthy go to this location. They are the best in the entire treasure valley. Better than Jersey Mike's...Even though they have the "18 inch sandwiches" I received more bang for my buck at Subway. I haven't been this full since I wasa kid eating a six inch sub.
