The first time I had ever eaten at Smashburger, I felt like I had just eaten a burger cooked by a cook on Master Chef from the... food network channel. Their burgers and smash fries, depending on who cooks, are out of this world!! I have NEVER had suchincredibly delicious, memorable, salty yet savory fries! The staff were VERY friendly, kind, and funny. The food was excellent. It was my first time there and I got the bacon smash... burger with tater tots. Didn?t even know they served beer there, so I ordered a coors light to go with. It was great. Willreturn. Read more
Not sure if they can?t find a manger at this location, but we now drive to Boise if we?re ever wanting Smashburger. You can be... the only ones in there and it still takes 25 min to get your food. Staff is always confused the last 3 times I?ve been in, andthey greet you by telling you the wait time, not ?hello? or even ?hi?. I never leave bad reviews, but this place needs somehelp. So typically I love smash Burger but the last two visits were less than satisfying. The first visit I had ordered a bacon... burger well done, the burger was not only missing the bacon but wasn't well done. The second visit was also disappointing asthe smash fries were old and cold. To top it off the employees aren't friendly or helpful I let them know about the issues andnothing was offered to fix the issues, I mean new fries on the second visit would have been sufficient. We had never been to Smashburger before. My husband and I were so pleased with the experience! Their options for Brussels... sprouts as a side absolutely made my day! I LOVE Brussels sprouts. If you?re not a sprouts person, I urge you to still considergiving them a try? unless you?re just downright disgusted by them. But if you?re on the fence, they?re superb! Also, they haveamazing tots! The burgers were pretty good too. I will say, the one thing that got me was the cheese. They are seemingly anupscale fast food restaurant, or appearing to be one. However, they?re still using that orange American melty cheese on theirburgers. I know it?s cheaper and whatnot, but it?s was the ?downfall? for me of the burger. They were also a bit spendy, andyes, we took into account that it?s a ?gourmet burger?. Aside from that, the food was amazing, the service was great, and theplace was clean! Read more

We went there for a late lunch and it was amazing! I rarely eat a full burger by myself but I ate mah whollllle brisket burger,... plus sweet potato fries, and Brussels sprouts. Now this is the bigger deal, the employees were kind and happy. That is a reallybig deal to me, it's not often that you find something yummy to eat at a place where people are happy to serve you. ?
