My most recent experience was not good, in short, they had an employee going on a racist rant in the kitchen at loud enough... volume that customers could hear. It was already just ok for service, but that dropped it to an all time low for how long I'vebeen going to this location. Words were had with management about it. HORRIBLY SLOW!!!! 7 employees on shift at 2pm on a weekday. Line 12 cars deep causing traffic jam in drive through. Waiting in... that line for 15 mins before going inside. Inside was just the same. Could visibily see 2 employees on their phones. Ask aboutthe wait...it was what it was. 32 mins later, I got my sandwich. Ridiculous Read more

Food is always hot and fresh - yesterday though there was as much Mayo on my sandwich as there was chicken. I just want to be... clear. My sandwich had a big piece of chicken on it. I was not complaining about the size of the chicken. I repeat, just a 1/2cup of Mayo on it, somehow. Everywhere. Bun became translucent from it. Dropped down my arms. Went through 13 napkins. That?sall. We ordered 3 sandwiches; they were all the same - covered in Mayo. Honestly if it was my ONLY Popeyes experience I wouldn?tgo back but I know it?s not normal, especially for this location. Just wanted you to know that most of the world knows waittimes in restaurants and staffing issues aren?t what they were 5 years ago, and I?m okay waiting another few minutes to get theright ratio and not have someone glob it on there because they are stressed out of their mind. Not sure if my meal was a one off but the chicken was grisely tough and inedible, plus it wasn't cheap. The mac n cheese was the... only redeeming thing. Definitely sticking to chick fil e ???????? Read more

Had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for my meal that I went through the drive through for. What's the point of going through the... drive though. Chicken was over fried. Not great. Haven't had this issue with other locations. Popeyes is definitely moreexpensive compared to other fried chicken. Read more

How is it that, one 3 piece meal, "BONE IN" with one extra side, is $19.00 I'm not kidding. $19.00 for one meal, one person.... What is going on? Imagine you bring a family of four in, and spend $80.00 at a fast food place. Also, I was there at 5pm,dinner time, and there was no "bone in" chicken ready. NONE! I was told it would be 20 minutes. Imagine 20 minutes of cars in adrive through, being told that there is a wait of 20 minutes for chicken, at a chicken place. I don't get it. Read more

What happened to a normal restaurant???? Staff said that dine in is closed due to short staff ... to me looks like they got... lazy and didn't want to wipe a table after the costumers eats... I need it a couple minutes of rest and a nice meal. I guessit's not what a costumer needs it's what it is and move on... Read more

Drove from Meridian for an online order that should have easily been ready. When I arrived, no other customers were in the... restaurant and some of the staff were sitting on their phones. I told them the name of my order and they proceeded to call outthe food to be dropped. I drove for 15 minutes and they hadn't even started any of the food! Ended up waiting for 10 minutes andusing up all the time I had set aside before class. Read more
