I just had surgery and am trying to feed all of my kiddos supper. I ordered the Family Special: 1 cowboy pizza, 1 pepperoni... pizza, and 2 sides. I had my Dad pick it up and drop it off for us. When it got here, there were 2 cowboy pizzas. I called andasked for a credit on my account for the pizza that I paid for and did not receive. The Assistant Manager told me, they don'tdo that anymore. He'd give me a $3 coupon credit. When I asked to speak to his manager, he became belligerent and rude. Heended the wonderful service by hanging up on me when I asked for his name. I?m don?t ordering from this location. It?s always an issue, either their missing toppings (not out of stock, just forgot to be... put on) or the half and half is like 80/20?..but this was the last straw. One of the best customer services I've had anywhere in ages! Went in to get food to enjoy with friends tonight and was the only... customer there. Robert took my order and began making my pizzas. As he put my order together we talked. He was one of thekindest and most genuine people I have met in a long time. He is very personable and provided excellent customer service! Poor costumer service. Ordered over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up, their system was down and I couldn't pay for my... pizza. Had to leave and call back nearly an hour later when the system was back online, drove back and finally got my pizza.Asked for a discount for the extra time and was told that the manager wasn't giving anyone a discount for the inconvenience. I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand had a fantastic experience with a gal who offered to fix my pumpkin pizza... around halloween time. She was absolutely phenomenal!! She was the only reason I came there last night instead of going toCaldwell which is closer. Last night they did not have my side which was fine no biggie I get it and they replaced it. Laterwent home exhausted from work my daughter cooked the pizza went to get a piece and it was not at all what I ordered. So i calledas soon as I noticed and the gal was totally sorry and said I could come back tomorrow and get my correct pizza. So stilltotally satisfied. I get it mistakes happen. Then call today to see if I had to call ahead of time and was told by RAUL thatthat is not their store policy but that he would honor it. From this time forward that I would only get a $3 off of a pizza.First of all he was super rude and 2nd it was NOT what I ordered so why would I only get $3 off?! Had I not been exhausted fromworking all day long I would of went last night. This guy has absolutely zero customer service skills and yeah RAUL I don't makea point of trying to rip off pizza places. The other 2 girls were super amazing this guy totally rude!! If your store made amistake you fix it not give me a $3 coupon. How is that fixing your mistake?! This is not how u keep customers this is how ulose them. So i spend $39 and then have to spend another just to get one order right. Unacceptable. Read more
