Ordered and one of the items was a Triple cheese burger. And scammed us with two patties on it. Went up and showed. Ended up... giving us the third Patti in a separate container. Typically or use to be they remake it. Maybe it's a new rule, because I knowothers can take advantage of that and hope to keep the burger while get a new one. And sometimes that happens that they do giveyou another one, either throwing out the food (shouldn't waste) or letting you keep their mess up. No biggy to me. But watch outon them shortening your order by the looks of others reviews. Read more

The workers are to stoned to do much about anything. Giggling and laughing when trying to order plus multiple missing items.... Place is always a great way to feel better when hungry
McDonald?s app is good, but sometimes flaky. We had problems with our mobile order while in the parking lot and when we called... the restaurant the girl was clueless what to do, but a manager quickly came out and manually took our order and accommodated usanyway. Good job! Read more

Usually the McDoubles are pretty consistent and good, but occasionally you get really messy ones or really scorched cheese... and/or meat. The fries are a hit or miss. The prices have gotten crazy high, but that's everywhere anyway. Customer service isok. I've only had one really bad experience, with curbside pickup. My order was wrong even after waiting nearly 30 mins out inmy car with 2 hungry boys. We ended up finally getting it, seeing it was wrong and then having to go inside and wait for theright order. When we finally got it, the burgers were put together so fast that the meat barely even made it inside the bun,ketchup and lettuce were all over everything, wrapper was actually inside out, got jipped on fries, & everything was just sosloppily thrown together, and lukewarm at best. I should've taken a pic then and showed it the next time I came in, but we wereall so hungry and boys just wanted to eat. But luckily we haven't had an issue like that since, and that was several months ago.This dry burger that clearly was reheated in the microwave and DEFINITELY not fresh, we got there a couple weeks ago (justdidn't get a chance to review right away and forgot until going through pics). Awful lunch! Had a quick lunch break today 11/07/22 at 1:00 pm. My fries are cold and old, my McChicken was wrong. I ordered a... McChicken sub Mac sauce and no mayo. They added Mac sauce and left mayo on it. They also didn't give me my sweet and sour sauceand told me it was in the bag ???? The bread on the McChicken was old as well.
