Got the beef pho with everything. Giving 2 stars because as you can see in the picture they didn't even fill the bowl completely... with broth. Hardly any basil was given to be added to the soup for 15 dollars neither of these things should happen. The flavorwas delicious was definitely disappointed when it came to the meat selection. There is a picture of the menu on Google sayingbrisket, tendon, thin sliced steak, meatballs.... but once I got there I was informed they didn't offer tendon. The meatballswere lacking in size I've had pho from the East coast to the West coast and this is the first place I've been to that lacked infilling the bowl with broth and the amount of meat in the soup. The spring rolls they used iceberg lettuce come on this is thecheap way to go. Hardly any herbs that are traditionally used in spring rolls. Honestly probably the worst spring rolls I'vehad. After moving into Nampa, from a surrounding city, a few months ago I set out to try all the food places in the neighborhood that... I’d never ate at before. As someone who loves a good bowl of Pho I decided that this restaurant had my name written all overit. I looked at the google rating to make sure it was a place I’d go to and after seeing almost 5 stars, not reading much intothe negative reviews, I decided it was right up my alley. I’d like to preface that I was the only one in the entirerestaurant that did not work there and my experience may differ from others. First impressions getting there: Comes off a busyroad into a parking lot with several other businesses with a lot of parking, with spots directly in front of the restaurant, which is really great! First impressions walking in: Noticeably clean, quiet and empty. Friendly staff at the register greetedme and quickly sat me. Personally as a “20 something” year old, the lighting and decor was nice but gave it less vietnameserestaurant and more of a fun “clubish”, vibe. It didn’t have any smell walking in or during the time I was sat withoutfood. Overall impression: The young gentleman who sat me was kind. The table was clean and set up for self serve with saucesand silverware. After a few minutes of scanning over the menu, which was very limited but offered great plates, I orderedchicken pho, pot stickers and a drink. Ordering was a breeze and though I had no questions I was precise on how I wanted myfood. Being the only one in the place I quickly got all of my food. It came exactly how I asked. The chicken pho was wellseasoned, however had a hint of sweetness that I later realized was probably cinnamon after reading the reviews, but was notoverwhelming or inedible. After squeezing lime and adding a jalapeño slice it was delicious! Pot stickers were great! Overallenjoyed this meal, well priced for the amount of food I received. If you’re going on your own expect about $25 for aappetizer, en Read more

I’m disappointed to say that this was first time I visited this restaurant. I’d driven by many times with out stopping in,... and that was a mistake. I tried the grilled port, and what a great choice it was for a hot afternoon! The service was friendlyand quick. I’ll definitely be back many more times. Read more

Have you ever found a restaurant that you love so much that you want to keep it to yourself so it doesnt get overcrowded or too... busy? A restaurant which brings out your selfish self? Well, this is it! I've held off writing a review for this place sincethey've been open for this very reason. I want to be selfish and keep it a hidden gem. Aside from my vietnamese mother's ownhome cooking, this restaurant is hands down, by far, thee absolute BEST in the treasure valley for Vietnamese food. I'veliterally tried them all and they just don't compare to King Pho. The flavors are authentic, the food is fresh, and the portionsare generous. The owners are the sweetest couple. They are so kind and deserve for their place to be successful. The menu issmaller but everything is done right and they have the absolute vietnamese cuisine staples. Try the Bun Bo Hue. It will changeyour life. OK, mayyyybe I'm being a bit dramatic. But seriously, I promise your taste buds will be happy. You can't go wrongwith anything you choose. Read more

Husband and I went here to try something new. Prices were great! We had the egg roll appetizer. They have the best egg rolls,... and the fish sauce that is served with them is absolutely incredible! I had the King Pho dish which was just what I was lookingfor! The cinnamon in the dish was very tasteful, but not to overpowering. Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job! Willbe coming back again. Read more
