I don't know what was up this time, but they weren't freaky-fast they were shockingly-slow. There were no patrons inside the... restaurant that I could see but it took me over 10 minutes in the car line just to get a single sandwich with chips. Only twocars were ahead of me in line. I called the Happey Valley road location 15 minutes before they closed. Told them my wife had just left the boise airport ( we... live in eastern Oregon between Baker and Prairie City) and asked them if they would please stay open an extra 5 or 10 minutestill she got there. He said sure no problem I ordered the sandwiches and paid so they were already when she got there. The 2people who were working tonight are pretty awesome in my book. He didn't have to stay there just to help me out but he did.Employees like those 2 are hard to come by and they both dedeserve raises for going above and beyond Read more
Staff was friendly but we ordered 5 sandwiches for my family and 3 out of the 5 were wrong. One only had mustard and no Mayo... plus the cheese was wrong. On another the meat was wrong only had mayonnaise and was missing mustard The third one was anItalian and missing all the sauce. Super disappointing. Read more
Best sandwich of the trip. I think I almost cried. The other people in the bus thought that I was crazy when I expressed my love... multiple times for that big john?s sandwich. Customer service was also delightful. They had my sandwich ready before I evenpaid. Five stars! Read more
UPDATE: AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK OF WAITING WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IT APPEARS THEY DO NOT CARE TO MAKE ANY EFFORT TO... RECTIFY THE ISSUES I HAVE REPORTED. THIS LOCATION WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS. I always enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches,but this particular location on Happy Valley road in Nampa just can't get it right! Every time I place a delivery order theyscrew it up. First time, they delivered it to the wrong location. I called the manager and they told me "they are on their wayto pick it up from where they delivered it and bring it to you". I asked if they could just make the order over (2 sandwiches)and send it out as I was concerned about it being handled by other people. The manager refused. Not cool! Then, the next time Iordered they totally messed up one of the sandwiches. Charged me for bacon but did not put it on, told them to hold the breadand they didn't. Hey, everyone makes mistakes, but it seems like management of this particular JJ's feels no responsibility tomake them right. That's just bad business. Read more
