Horribly long wait times for very little customers. Employees are constantly trying to get phone numbers and flirt with... customers rather than getting ur orders and on our way. Have had several sub-par orders either for quality of the product or thecomplete wrong order. Very very disappointing. Ps* they let their employees CHILDREN run wild in the lobby completelyunattended... It's ridiculous. Go somewhere else where your$10-$15 burger will be properly made without a20 min wait in a drivethru. Read more

Don't trust the app! This specific location refuses to update their hours since the beginning of the pandemic! They are not... open 24 hours. They collect payments for orders when they are not open and refuse to return your money! I was there at 5amAugust 5th, there was a line of cars and I placed mobile order, we all went through fine. Aug. 8, 2022, placed a mobile orderat 5:08, there at 5:10, everything lit up, nobody answers the drive up board. Waited 5 min. Drove up to the window, ignored byemployees walking around. After knocking on window several times, lady come up and says they don't open till 6. This is aMonday, no hours posted, will not return money! Same problem I had during pandemic, had to go through a month of trying to getmy money back. I think the owner intentionally leaves the app on 24 hrs, unlike every other Jack in the Box in the area, tocollect app purchases and not deliver food. Pure theft. Read more

Unbelievable. I have a delivery driver job so I don't really have much choice of where I have to eat, just needs to be close.... Went here and of course they have their rediculous safety barricades with every single employee masked and looking like theyabsolutely hate their job. They have the bathrooms completely blocked off so instead of eating inside I was forced to take myfood and drive somewhere else to eat that lets me use the restroom. This is just one of the many jack in boxes that forabsolutely no reason block off all of their bathrooms. If you are not going to let people use the bathrooms then don't let themcome inside to order PERIOD. The only thing that was good was the food, but not worth dealing with that. Read more

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Was laughed at by the staff for a minor complaint of no meat in their pre-made tacos.... They initially refused me replacement tacos with meat in them and tried to tell me that is how they come. Come on guys I'm not aKaren but you almost made me one. Read more
