I went here last night because another location was making me mad multiple times. Needless to say this place was fast, friendly... and the pizza was excellent! Interesting place. We only had the salad bar, after reading the reviews, we didn't want to wait 2 hours for a pizza so we didn't... want to try it. The salad bar needed attention. 2 employees were standing near the end of the salad bar, on their phone. Thephone rang incessantly. Nobody would answer the phone. This place is in desperate need of a manager that cares about the store.It shows. I read the responses that a 3rd party generates for these reviews. As a long time business's owner, that manager wouldhave been gone a long time ago. When I was in my late teens, I worked at a P. Hut. The manager was on top of everything. Noteven a salt and pepper shaker was allowed to be out of place. Consistency is key to a great place. Consistent apologies from a3rd party for failures isn't acceptable. Read more
Restaurant hours online and posted at the store say open until 10. Called at a little after 930 to order a small pizza, no... answer. Drove down to order, thought they might be busy considering it's Friday night, but the doors were locked. I love IdahoPizza Co, it's my favorite, however highly disappointed tonight. Read more
This place made my poor hungry self so sad today. I just wanted a few slices from the all u can eat with a salad bar but to go... because I don't get regular lunches and I can't take the time to sit in there and eat. I work in the medical field and eatbetween patients. They told me no, so instead I just got the togo salad bar with a drink I didn't even want because they gotogether and breadsticks, there veggies looked awful today too and I love getting the salad bar from there. So I am sittinghere at work with out not even one slice of pizza. I mean I could have ordered the personal but I dont have time to wait. Icould have ordered ahead. But it was 11 and I was hungry and just hoping to grab a few like 2 slices to just go. Also thepizza bar has like options of different types of pizza too. We visited this location at 5:30 on a Friday evening. We expected busy, but were surprised the dining room was empty. We were... told the pizza would be about an hour, but were willing to wait with salad bar and drinks. Our twists arrive at our table anhour and a half later, then the pizzas took another 10 minutes. No apologies for the delay. There was one other family stillwaiting when we left and they ordered right after us. We know that a Friday night will be busy but a restaurant shouldprioritize their dine-in guests. We watched at least 5 other families leave when they heard it would take over an hour to gettheir pizza, that's a lot of lost business! It seems as though this location has outgrown the size of their kitchen and staff.We will not be back. Read more
Food is always good here. My husband and I love the salad bar, but THIS, I will never understand. Cleanliness is super important... anywhere you go especially when there is food involved. I can only imagine how this extra stuff ended up inside this saltshaker. Yes , I said INSIDE the salt shaker.
