At one time the Hong Kong restaurant was the best chinese food in Nampa, but sadly that was a long time ago. I haven't been a... fan for 4 or 5 years after an incident where i had to wait 2 hours for my families food that was supposed to be delivered andwasn't. It wasnt my choice tonight but an older family member whose birthday it was asked for it. I should have known when iwent to pick up the order and the take out menu has a handwritten message saying, "Prices have changed". Yes they have a lot! But what has not changed is the painfully slow service. I can sympathize if they were busy, but don't say 20 minutes when youreally mean an hour and twenty minutes. Read more

Used to eat here regularly with family going back over 20 years. Food is cooked in gross oil. Often tastes like even fried in... fish oil possibly, even when it is pork or chicken. Prices have skyrocketed and portions, value, flavor have all gone down. Itwas borderline gross the last two times I ate there. Read more

I've been coming here since 1969. NEVER a bad meal. Always EXCELLENT service. Always get the special treatment from the owner... Jeremiah, the food has always been consistent. Yes some people think it's over priced, I know it's average. Portions arealways good bang for the buck. I've had Chinese food all over the Northwest and nothing compares to here. Read more

This place is just not good. You can find much better food somewhere else. For how expensive the dishes are you aren't even... getting homemade food. The sauces are pre-made and generic (it's not hard to make an orange/mandarin chicken sauce), thechicken and pork is frozen, and the beef and broccoli tastes oddly like fish. The fried rice is ok, but definitely notsomething to come here for. The total for 2 adults and 3 kids was $70. We would have been better off going to Panda Express. Read more

Been going here off and on for the last 8 years. This is where I went on the first date with the woman that would become my wife... a few wonderful years later. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. Great food, great staff, great memories. Read more

Moved to Nampa 11 years ago and tried this restaurant. Not sure why we didn't return until August of 2022. This visit we loved... the food. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Pork Fried Rice. Everything was tasty. This will be another go-to place for us. Read more

On the plus side the server was great. The food not so good. The tempura shrimp was doughy and for some reason served with... tarter sauce. When I asked for a sauce to go with the shrimp like a sweet and sour I was told it was .89 cents. The chow meinwas off, the beef tasted old. When I asked for chili sauce which is a staple in most Asian restaurants I was told it was .99cents. I had to laugh. I didn?t order anything else since it wasn?t good. Bottom line frozen Chinese would have been better. If you dine there then take your own condiments Read more

I'm not kidding, this is the worst Chinese American food I've ever had in my life. The Chowmein was good, the rest was bland and... the egg roll wasn't edible. Fried rice was horrible too.. I give good comments when deserved, and be sure to leave negative oneswhen deserved. Read more
