If you are picking up then it's okay. But a couple of weeks ago we ordered delivery, we waited almost 3 hours and when the guy... got here at close to 8p he had his music up so loud we heard it in the back yard( that's how we knew he was finally here) andwhen I mentioned that I have elderly neighbors and when you enter a neighborhood you should turn it down...I got a heavy sigh,rude comments and attitude. Always messing up.our order. Unfortunately ypu call the local.store and they route you to someone who doesn't speak English... well. I repeated my order 3xs and they still messed up.order. no I don't want another pizza and have to wait! I would just likemy order to be correct! Read more
I always make sure to come to this location, as everyone is extremely polite and smiling, even when they are busy and have a... line of customers inside. I?d also like to mention how respectful and understanding Isaiah was, and did everything to make myorder right. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I know people are always so quick to write a terrible review, and veryrarely write in when a business is doing great. Take 3 minutes out of your day and recognize someone for their hard work! Maybe zero stars would be more fitting. I will give the star to the poor delivery driver which I bet gets an earful. Once upon a... time i could order from this store and have a pizza delivered in 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time in a row it has take near 2hours. I placed the order and it was acknowledged at 5:30PM. I am taking my first bite at 7:17PM. That is ridiculous and I livemaybe a mile away tops. I am definitely going to try a new pizza company next time. First time ok, second time maybe acoincidence, third time I'm convinced now you don't want my business. Customer service is horrible.
