We just went through the drive through. The guy in front of us didn?t get his whole order so he walked back to the window... because the finding area was closed. We then get our order and drive forward and they missed a burrito in our order. There are 5cars in the drive through so we call. The girl is rude. Then hangs up on us. We call back?.they don?t answer. We ended up justleaving. What a mess. Bad service and we were ripped off. Read more

Well it's a del taco.... not bad but it isn't one where you can tell the employees want to retain customers. You know that del... taco or taco bell where every thing seems just a little heftier? Anyway. The food and service are fine/ average. Read more

Didn't care for the food. Wife felt nauseous rest of the day. Myself I didnt eat the entire meal. Usually the food is okay... and the service is good. I love the shrimp tacos when you have them. I know they are not a regular item, but like them verymuch when you do. Service was good as usual but the food was not. Something was definitely off. Read more

I am a regular patron of this store. Unfortunately, I often come Sundays, which is the worst day. It must be the D team on shift... Sundays. They forgot my fries, tonight, I ordered deluxe chili chedder fries and got some disgusting chicken cheese fries. Pinkhaired dude at the window was rude, didnt even respond to me, guessing he was high, and didn't even offer the receipt or sauces. Read more

This is my goto place, usually have a good experience. This time, the lobby was closed due to lack of workers (understandable),... and when I got to the window I didn't receive the $1 tea I always get. The kid's tone was a bit accusatory when I said I hadn'treceived it yet, saying it wasn't on the order. My response was "well, I ordered it". The guy on the intercom even repeated itback to me (but didn't read back the whole order like they usually do). They didn't provide a receipt either. They gave me adifferent cup (smaller?) as a "courtesy". Then, got home and discovered they only put half the fries in the container. As aregular patron, pretty disappointed with today's service. They've forgotten stuff before, and the solution has always been todrive back and get it, which is sometimes not feasible or worth the time/gas. Read more
