The chicken is moist, tender, juicy, and has a good flavor. The burgers are moist and have a good flavor. Carl's Jr is one of... the better fast food restaurants while still being affordable. Overall, I enjoy eating at Carl's Jr and have been occasionallyeating there for 10 years. I am truly disappointed that the owners have chosen to keep the play area closed even after thepandemic is over. The play area drew in a lot of business and if it ever opens again, I would recommend eating and playing hereto any parent. Read more
Fries were cold and burger was extremely greasy which is weird since nobody really eats here and at the time nobody was inside... or in drive thru. Very disappointed that last 5 times i have ate there. Read more
Today was probably an off day. Food was fast, service was a little slow. Seemed like some new people. There mush have been... something going on in the ki. The whole restaurant was full of smoke and a fan was in the lobby blowing the smoke out of therestaurant. Not a big deal. Kind of interesting ???? Read more
Stopped here before going home and ordered a #10. Got home and realized it was the wrong chicken sandwich and on top of that... the chicken wasn?t even fully done. It was completely chewy and disgusting. Called the store and the manager on shift told me tosave this chicken sandwich and bring it back in the next day in order for me to get a refund. I ordered door dash from here. Was supposed to get breakfast sandwich and got an egg burrito? Then I ordered your huge super... star burger with bacon and got some small dollar menu burger with no bacon? If the employees at this location can't read ordon't want to work.....go home! Where is your pride in work? Do your job correctly or quit wasting good people's time andmoney. Luckily door dash gave my money back and I just didn't eat. I stopped here 12th carls on Wednesday after dr app. Ordered 2- double patty grilled sourdough burgers ( bacon , grilled onions... , cheese) I got butter colored bread( not grilled looking) 1 single patty burger , No bacon , barely 8 pieces of choppedgrilled onions? drove home 20 min to Caldwell . Opened bag hot burgers out , asked husband if his was made right? No .. neitherburger was a 2 (double )patty , so called to speak with manager told she was out for an hour.. called back told her theproblems .. she says bring burgers back .. by that time we had eaten them . So went in with receipt and another call to say whenI?ll be there. I got 5$ back that?s it ! Where is customer service , kids get paid 15$ but quality isn?t taught by thisfranchise . I was Really Disappointed!! Because of Covid, I hadn't had a Carl's Jr's Burger in 14 Months and I was Pretty Excited to get a... Famous Star for dinner tonight. As I unwrapped the Burger, I immediately saw the Wilted Lettuce, which I took off, & could feelthat the Bun was really hard. Opening the Burger I saw there was no Dressing or Ketchup on the Burger. I added my own RanchDressing & Ketchup, took a few bites, & in the trash it went. It didn't have that Famous Star flavor that I had always lookedforward to. I called the Store, Manager wasn't available. The girl I talked to, asked me to bring it back, with the receipt, & Ithey would give me a New one.
