As a fellow customer that blimplies used to be my favorite place and now I called it now ?shittiest blimpies ever!? One of the... employee couldn?t get my order right because they were dumbfounded of what I want when I told them ?no cheese? on my sandwichabout FOUR times already. When I finally got my order it turns out my sandwich has cheese in it which I didn?t want in it and itdid not look fresh AT ALL!!! I love Blimpies! There's amazing people at this location! They were out of pickles at one point when my sister & I came in with... my kids. Of course once they got their pickles they came by & gave us a cup of them!! I also want to add that I was having anawful week & decided to get blimpies & on this day someone wrote me the smallest gesture on my sandwich. I drove off in thedrove thru & cried! "Hi, can I get a lettuce wrap, please?" Went into this establishment and asked for a lettuce wrap. The gal pieced together... strips of lettuce. I asked for a cranberry, cream cheese turkey sandwich. She didn't put cream cheese on it, and I opened itup and it looked horrendous. In this day and age where lettuce wraps are literally everywhere you'd think this sandwich shopwould do a better job with making such a sandwich. My mom also got a sandwich, but on bread and they didn't add cranberry tohers! They remade her sandwich and she said the cream cheese tasted like unsalted butter! Very easy, simple sandwich to prepareand they missed the mark of both of them. We heard them taking orders through the drive through and they were down right rude tothe customers. This establishment needs serious improvement with customer service and presentation of meals and making sure themeal is prepared correctly. These employees are adult woman. I'm not talking about teenagers learning how to work and deal withthe public. Read more
