We immediately started having our eyes burn. I'm guessing it was the chemicals used to mop the floor, which was really wet. The... Subway app would not work for both of us. After paying for two subs, costing almost $20, we we're told the app was, 'just down.'(The 2 employees were very polite and as helpful as they could be.) Read more
4 subs and 1 drink. It took an hour and a half in the drive thru line. And that?s before we even made it to the window to pay.... He took roughly 15 minutes to order each sub. Then the other woman walked past and went on a smoke break while we sit and waitanother 30 minutes. Awful experience. Needs new management or better training. Even if he was new on the job, for that long of await in a drive thru just to order 4 subs, someone with experience could have jumped in to help. Wish there were less than 1star. Food was good. Servers were friendly. One young guy was struggling a little but I got the feeling he?s very new.
