Was stuck in drive thru over 15 min, food was cold and was not about to waste that much more time to complain. The lady who... handed me the bag was well aware how long my food sat & waited on me... and she still handed it right over like here fresh hotfries, hot grill cheese sandwich.. No ... I say not at all . It looked like i got day old cold leftovers. I know it wasnt ... itwas neglected on a cold counter away from heat lamps, and thats fine .. will not be me again. But my kids love this place, theywill have to love it at their own risk/ or on their free time, & money. THIS was not the 1st , 2nd, or 3rd time that similaralmost the same have happened to me here. I refuse to pay to belet down and become angry. So this location permanently off mylist forever. Peace Read more

Went through the drive-thru ordered fried chicken tenders girl repeated it back. Got home grilled chicken so small that they... were like smaller than your finger pitiful. Read more
Very, very unhappy with this location. We ordered two meals. Both came with fries that were cold. My sister's chicken tenders... were ok. I, however, ordered a burger and asked for no may and no tomato. The girl who took the order asked to repeat and weclarified the request, she said she had it but when I got my order and went to eat it after leaving I had ONLY tomato and mayoon my burger. It also took us 15 minutes to get through the line with only three cars in front of us. The Jerry J's in bothWaycross and Blackshear have never given me wrong food or taken so long, outside the 6-7am morning rush. Read more

Love eating here especially for breakfast! They have great service everyone is very nice and helpful and the food is always hot... and ready! It's not expensive and the quality is amazing it comes really close to a home cooked meal! Read more
