The best Italian food in Nags Head!! I normally stop by to get fresh or frozen trays of food to make life a little easier and... take a break from cooking at the beach. The ravioli, eggplant parm, Caprese salad, and subs are all great because the sauce andseasonings are perfect. Always loved by all!! Very nice owner as well!! Read more

Hands down best italian food my husband and I have ever had! The portions are huge! I had the chicken parm which came with a ton... of pasta and two ginormous delicious pieces of chicken and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. Both meals had plenty ofleft overs! Also, the owner is very nice, hospitable and geniune! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for goodItalian food but just a heads up all food is to go but even with that the food was delicious and you cant always get that withto go food! I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My wife had the lasagna and I had the chicken Parm. The gravy was amazing! While... I was waiting for my order I got to talk to the owner who explained to me that every recipe came from his family. The meal wasso good I think I am going to place an order today for something different. This was by far our best meal all week in nags head!If you are reading this you must place an order. This was better then my grandmother's sauce. (But I won't tell her that!) Keepup the great service! It shows that you take pride in your business! Craving authentic Italian, it was late evening on a weekday, but though I called close to closing, the restaurant was so... accommodating, I explained that I was doing this after a loved one had been in the hospital all day after her husband had astroke, they didnt have any of her favorite "lasagna " but they recommended the Chicken Parmesan meal...to the man who wasworking that evening.. thank you, it was 2 large chicken cutlets, plenty of sauce, noodles a fresh,filling salad with Italiandressing on the side ,and at my request a nice size portion of garlic toast.. I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered directly withthe restaurant ( which I recommend, so much easier, and better than online impersonal ordering) it was bagged and waiting for meat my arrival.. the employee, whom (I think was possibly the owner?) greeted me friendly (though it was close to closing,) Hewas so kind, gracious, answering some questions, and didnt rush me out ,which I appreciate as well... and the food, well it wasconsumed with much gusto" and very much enjoyed, there was so much she even shared.. it tasted delicious, was hot, was veryflavorful, the chicken wasn't to breaded nor greasy ..as can happen with some I've had at other places.. she is looking forwardto another meal, and after sampling I can say I am as well.. next order will be earlier, for I am looking forward to tryinglunch to go..and prices are comparable to any other restaurant, and dinner was priced well, especially getting enough for2..which I probably wouldn't share,it tasted that good".. a definite go to if you've not tried yet, and remember could be closedduring the holiday, so get in there while not so busy, and to the owners, and staff, thanks for a wonderful meal, and greatcustomer service! 5 stars for sure..I look forward to returning.
