I rented a beach house with 30 of my closest college friends. We wanted to be able to stay at home and have a great meal catered... so we searched and searched! I eventually landed on Kerstin and her food truck. She helped me figure out the best menu formyself and my group.We decided on multiple taco choices and fries. I had a feeling they would be GREAT but I had no idea thatwhen she arrived she would also bring the party. Kerstin is the best and her food was even better! I will definitely be hiringthem again! Originally we stumbled upon this amazing little truck at a concert. Eating there we knew we needed to hire them. The food is... AMAZING. We hired them for a gathering while family and friends were in town. They came and sat their truck up right in mydriveway. Everyone loved them. Kerstin worked out a menu everyone loved, and we have some hard to please eaters. I'm not a veganbut I tried the Loco Cauli tacos and they are so delicious. What to say about the caterer for my rehearsal dinner and wedding that got SO many rave reviews from guest. 1) THANK YOU!!!!!!!... 2) not including family, I have received many compliments on your tacos and the salmon with the pineapple salsa. Like, wow. Ialso want to note how efficient they are. I was a bit worried about a line during the wedding leading to the food truck, buteveryone complimented how quickly they got their food. 10/10. I hired Forket Me Not to cater and bartend my wedding and I cannot express how excellent Kerstin and her team were in planning... and executing the event and our guests are still raving about the food. They provided appetizers, a range of options for dinner,and even made wrap platters as a late night meal and everything was devoured. I also had several guests tell me how much theyloved the bartenders and how great and fun the bar service was. I searched for months for the right caterer in OBX and wasshocked by the expensive catering quotes I received and felt stuck with a traditional wedding menu until I found Forket Me Not. I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service, flexibility, and the value you receive for the cost cannot be beatenplus their food had all of our guests going back for seconds.
