This is the only fast food restaurant I know of that turns customers away because they are doing a ?shift change?. They... apparently do these shift changes a lot. I have been told I?d have to wait several times. Plus, when they do decide to servecustomers, the wait time to get your food is way too long. Read more
Slowest Whataburger in the whole network! 25 minutes for a double w/cheese and med fries! This isn?t necessarily corporate?s... fault but if four people can?t handle the strain, perhaps maybe self-serve kiosks for ordering? That would free up one more forfood prep anyway. Read more

Unacceptable service from cashier, management and facility. You should not have expired products in store let alone giving it... to clients for consumption. We didn't get all of our food either. Just bad service all around! Read more
