I been there two times and is been the same lock of service it took 30 minutes to make 3 subs and to make matter worse she was... paying more attention to the texts on her phone then what she was doing never going back had to live wasted 30 minutes fornothing. Read more
3 different times I've went here and nobody came to the window to take my order. They posted a sign outside that says "under new... management" so I thought I would give it another shot and nope, 4th time nobody has came to the drive through window even afterwaiting for 5 minutes+. 100% garbage customer service. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer drive thru speaker, drove around to window wouldn't answer there either. Parked and... went inside , employee was slow to make a sandwich and in the middle of making it stopped to talk to uber eats driver that camein after me. Will NOT go here again! The young lady was very helpful in my sandwich request and questions. The food was as good as can expect from subway. Only issue... was construction that was going on outside. made it a fun experience heading back the way we were going. Read more

I ordered online, when I got there the drive thru speaker was not working so I went inside. I was greeted by the manager who was... sitting down. Not a problem with that, I understand everyone needs a break. He let me know they didn?t have jalapeños chips, sohe replaced it with regular lays. Again not a problem with that either. When I got home, I noticed my sandwich was not toasted,it didn?t have cheese, jalapeños, black pepper as I requested. It?s not the first time my order has been wrong.
