Out of everything it seemed like. grill was closed and people saying they were tired on the headset while I was ordering. Very... poor service. Out of the sandwich, famous bowls, and stove was off so they couldnt cook more of the chicken bites. Read more
Asked for a lemonade that came with the Jack Harlow meal, but the rude cashier lied and said it doesn't come with a lemonade... even though it says that on the receipt. Mistreated and lied to. I specified I wanted a medium drink instead of a large drinksince the menu says the famous bowl comes with a medium drink. The same cashier lied and said it comes with a large drink. Everytime we go there they up charge our drink to a large when we didn't ask for a bigger drink. My famous bowl also barely had a fewpieces of popcorn chicken in it and I was left eating half the bowl without chicken. Ridiculous! Read more
Chloe with the Nacogdoches KFC is outstanding! She helped me greatly when I was feeling stressed. She's decisive, caring and... kindhearted even when she doesn't have to be which with today's young generation speaks volumes! The food was hot, fresh anddelicious. Is this how you treat your valued customers KfC? I was displeased with the wings. Took one bite and did not touch the rest. The... manager (over the phone, while I'm at the store) refused my refund. They got my order wrong and didn?t do anything to fix it when I told them about it, they didn?t cook the chicken all the way,... and one of the workers used his shirt to wipe his face didn?t wash his hands and didn?t have gloves on. The workers acted likeit was my fault that my order was wrong I will not be eating here again. Something needs to done. Read more
