Literally the worst restaurant of my entire life (wish I was joking). Water took 20 minutes to get to our table. Requested green... tea shots but apparently they would have had to ring me up for each separate ingredient in the cocktail (I passed). Upon anextremely late arrival of the food and it being cold I asked the waitress what wings were what flavor. She proceeded to show meby physically touching my food with her hands. I have never experience this in my life. We then asked to speak to the managerand get this taken care of. After a careless 30minutes had passed of them trying over and over to get the tickets of our groupcorrect, we were finally able to leave. Nacogdoches food service quality outside of Maklemores and Barkeeps is a genuinedisgrace. Shame on BWW and that waitress. Read more
Waited a long time to order while our waitress hung out at the bar then disappeared into the kitchen, food was just ok, then sat... there waiting for our waitress to bring our ticket. It was about 1/3 capacity so the crowd was not the issue. Just a littledisappointed. Read more

The waiters where great! But when we asked to have one of the tvs turned to the Alabama game the manager said no because Alabama... was playing a team that would be a shut out game. At that time we told them we were going to leave and go to lufkin(where wehave always gone and never had a problem) only then did they turn one of the side tvs to the game request! I have never had amanager flat out say no I?m not turning a tv to the game request by a customer just because it wasn?t going to be a good game inhis eyes! Read more
