Wasn't to impressed. Went to get a quick pick up to take home for dinner to the family. But none of my family members were quite... disappointed from what the reviews implied as to what we experienced. Our chickens strips and wings were over cooked and so drythat the sauces couldn't help. This was seriously disappointing, especially when you get excited for a meal your expecting butjust get a let down. They have changed so much from when they 1st opened in this area. I used to frequently feed my family from this location, but not anymore. After the pandemic, drive through orders were wrong 90%... of the time and the line was usually wrapped around the building. The dining room was usually a good experience. Delivery wasguaranteed cold, even though the delivery location is less than 5 minutes away. Most of the time, the fries are either cold orthey aren't cooked enough/have no seasoning and the chicken has gotten so dry and stringy that my family won't eat it anymore.Zaxby's is DELICIOUS, when done right. I put an order through online. When this place first opened we used to eat here once or twice a month. It was great. That... was long ago. When I entered the foyer I was shocked how filthy it was and from there the restaurant floor was also filthy. Where are the owners or the chain standards! My order was supposed to be ready at 12:50 and I received it at 1:30. I observedfamilies leaving because they couldn't get their orders in after waiting in line. The poor guy behind the counter was doing thejobs of 5 people. He was polite and efficient and I think a lot of people would crack under that kind of strain but he appearedto handle it all with ease. Treating your employees like that is inexcusable. Maybe they are having trouble finding people. Alot of restaurants are having that issue. Where are the owners? They need to get a handle on this. There is potential hereto be a mega success but it's obviously managed at arms length. The food I ordered was actually ok. But the place is a zoo. Iwon't be back until the issues are resolved. There are no Zaxby's where we are from, so we decided to grab a quick lunch after being recommended by family. We were impressed... with the service, and the food was very good! We have Chick-fil-A and feel it is slightly better, but we certainly enjoyed ourlunch. We would recommend Zaxby's and come back for more. Read more
