Although the food was wonderful, I upsized my biggie bag which made it be $5.60 before tax. When I pulled to the window the... cashier said $9.08. she said they had to charge me since I asked for a large cup of ice. $3 for a large cup of ice? Really? Iknow they were busy and the service was okay but when I questioned about the $9.08 charge which I thought was going to be closerto $6 she said that I had asked for a large cup of ice so she charged me as if she was charging me for another drink. I don'tmind paying for a cup and some ice but nearly $3? Anyway sorry for the long review I was over all satisfied and probably will gothere again the next time I'm in Myrtle Beach. Read more

This restaurant needs a total revamp. Trashy parking lot chemicals on the counter you can see them when your in the drive thru... im pretty sure that's a hazard or something. I do not frequent this location due to the distance from my apartment, however, I was in the area and decided to make a quick... stop on the way home. I ordered online on the Wendy?s mobile app, and selected dine-in for the pick-up. We drove to the locationand tried to enter through one of the doors, which had a sign saying the dining room was open. However, the door was locked. So,I went through the drive through and let them know that I ordered online and didn?t realize the doors were locked. The drivethrough machine looked rough, I attached a picture of it because I was surprised. They notified me that the inside was open andthat my food had been sitting there for a bit, so I should come in before it gets cold. So, I went inside. I got my food, but Iwas missing one item as well as my condiments for my baked potato. I had my boyfriend go up to the counter, but the person atthe counter was on their phone and had to be told by someone else that there was someone at the counter. I don?t know their namebut they had a bit of a bad attitude. Someone else came in and said the door was locked, to my relief, it was not just me! Theperson at the counter went over to the door and pushed it open, and said ?It?s open.? My boyfriend backed up the other personwho said it was closed, but they seemed to not believe us for whatever reason. Overall, the food was good, as I would hope for afast food location! Read more

Waited 10 min at the menu box with a rude person kept saying hold on? there were only two cars ahead of me. Had to keep saying... hello for an update. Then get to window and the person running window didn?t even say a damn word. Took another 5 minutes forthem to get my food. This location always has the WORST SERVICE. Can drive to the one in Conway and counting travel time still get your food faster than coming here and waiting. everyone walks... around zoned out. the manager walks around aimlessly while customers are backing up. no one was working the register. u canrealistically go to a sit down fancy place and the food come out quicker. I mean if always got a line of people inside and outwhy are there only 2 employees and a manager in the whole store. I've managed restaurants sometimes u gotta step up and pitchand not just watch ur employees fight their way out the weeds. 100% needs new management Read more

By far the worst Wendy?s around. There hasn?t been a time I haven?t sat in like for at least 20 minutes. I am in line at the... moment, three cars and it?s been 23 and no one?s been helped. When you do pull up you see a manager just typing on her phone andnot even paying attention to the window. Your rushed making your order and that?s even if it?s right when you get it. Fries werefreezing, not hot as promised. Just overall a horrible crew and horrible restaurant. No chance I will be back nor will others.Then I hear the one worker say that the car just drove away so ?bitch ain?t getting it today?. Poorest customer service ever Read more

This place was awful! Let me start by saying, I pulled up with the intentions of going through the drive thru but it was backed... up, so I decided to go inside. To my surprise, the inside was backed up too! While standing in line, a guy was telling themanage that they had forgotten his baked potato. The manage totally blamed the cashier, "she didn't ring you up for it", loudlyas if to embarrassed her. The cashier seemed to be a newly hired employee and very timid so if course, she didn't argue with themanager. The manager didn't bother to show the cashier how to ring up the man's order nor did she give the man what he askedfor. Then I volunteered to add the potato to my order since she hadn't taken my order yet. She said oh no, that's OK. It wouldtake 20 minutes for the potato to be ready! The man was with his family and dining inside so that would not have been aproblem, in my opinion. Then there was another guy there to pick up a food delivery order. The manager said his order didn't gothrough. He asked her what did he need to do and the woman got loud and rude with him. If course he left with no food! I simplyordered a kids meal for my daughter and that took FOREVER! Needless to say, the management and staff are in desperate need ofthoroughly being trained!
