1 Waitress did her job. Our waitress, was not that waitress, was rude to us and her other table guests, she was talking about... her day to the relief manager instead of even acknowledging our existence. Several minutes later she took our order and got ourdrinks wrong. If you wanted anything other than your dish you had to ask for it. My wife had to stop her and ask for creambecause she didn't ask or offer, she dropped off the coffee and walked away. The bus boy, I assume because he did nothing, wasactively chewing and spitting tobacco at the front desk. The entire kitchen area was covered in food and drink. The staffconstantly just shoved stuff aside instead of cleaning any of it up. Food was good. That's it. That's why they get any stars. Read more
FILTHY, RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! Waited for a few minutes thinking they would clean a table before greeting us. Wrong!! They... never even acknowledged us after 7 minutes of waiting. The manager was present (physically not mentally) and was telling hisemployees to, "tighten up" and they all proceeded to laugh like it was funny that their restaurant was disgusting-while theycontinued to do nothing! Literally every table was dirty including the bar and all the chairs! The manager should be fired. Theemployees were useless but that's probably a byproduct of his lack of training. Waffle House is Waffle House, it?s breakfast for a cheap and reasonable price, and nothing to special. Most people talk badly... about this place because of its appearance as a ?Fast food? and ?Chain? restaurant, or because maybe because of the customerservice? This location is located right next to the Jurassic Park Golf, and right on the strip. We hadn?t thought about cominghere at first as we went ahead and thought we wanted something else, and not this type of food. An hour went by looking for foodto eat, and everything we wanted had already closed and we were only left with few options. Our family never EVER eatsMcDonald?s or Zaxby?s, and the only thing left was Waffle House. We decided to come here, and right when entering we weregreeted by the staff. Only one small group was already inside and one was coming in with us when entering. We were seated andthe lady who got our order was super kind and nice (assuming she was the manager). We got our food quite fast and so did theother group. The food was perfect, and didn?t disappoint. I don?t know if I will ever be back because of reasons, such as thislocation is nowhere close to where I live, and because it?s Waffle House, but respect to the staff for being top tier. Read more
Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Prices are a steal, portions are very generous and everything was delicious.

Standard stuff at this Waffle House. You know what you?ll get. Quick, mostly friendly service. Solid waffles but everything... else is just ok.
