If I could give a 0 star review I would. I have tried to give this location my business multiple times. Over and over again we... have tried to see if things have improved from a customer service perspective. Its not a staffing issue it's a culture issue.There's always adequate staff there but the time frame and customer service never improves. Honestly the owners franchise shouldbe revoked and corporate should step in to remedy the situation. Read more
Photo image shows Wilmington location; which has curbside take out but myrtle beach they have drive thru; they had ignored me... lastnight and someone left their head phone speaker on the customer side of the counter. Once before due to paying in cash Ithought I had ordered a drink and she couldn't hand me some cash back due to a wrap and smoothie; while the Wilmington locationthey put a pill in mind and I was aware of it and put it on the aluminum foil. I decided to leave tropical smoothie beforeordering lastnight. Can you have gotten the special in a wrap without Chipotle mayo? Do they only have in flatbread? Read more
Today is first time I ever write a review like this....but I believe the owner needs to take responsibility for what happens in... his /her own business if he/she realizes what had happened to the business. We were in the drive-through line for more than anhour for just one drink, I felt bad for just two employees working on a busy weekend, also it's big problem everywhere smallbusiness owners face these days. The young girl even apologizes to me for the long wait. I felt so bad for her and businessescan not run this way and expect the customer to return... They even lost a few customers in front of my car who just don't wantto wait and left. Such sham! Read more
Good smoothie, but was waiting for 10 minutes at counter. Finally I had to ask if someone was going to take my order. I know... they are busy and they later apologized for the wait. Will definitely go back. Read more
This is my first time at this location. Do NOT use the drive thru!! From start to finish, it took me 16 minutes to get thru!... They took my order and suggested the apple slaw, no mention of the Kale in the slaw. Never read back my order. Gave me my totalwithout confirming my order so, instead of a salad and apple slaw, I ended up with a sloppy wrap and KALE apple slaw, about 3bites worth. I got a mumbled, half hearted apology about the wait and she closed the window on me. When I called, the managerwasn't there and I was told to call back. This is the third time we have tried to eat here. Each time we have had a wait a while. This time we ordered and asked for no... tomatoes on something. All items had no tomatoes, one sandwich was burned on the corner and the drive thru took a long time. The person taking our order was tired or grumpy. No one says thank you or you are welcome. Very clean location including bathroom. I like they have a pick up station right at the front. The Baja chicken bowl was meh-... I wouldn?t order again. The smoothies all good. I liked the watermelon mojito- very refreshing! I don?t think I?d eat thereagain but would definitely get a smoothie. Read more
Worst tropical smoothie I have ever been to. Accidently sent my order to wrong store and was told they couldn't make it for me.... Which store I accidently ordered from actually apologized for that. But the employees at this one are terrible. Literallyplaying on their phones while making people's food and drinks and being loud and goofing off. Very unpleasant. Won't be back. Read more
