Look online and it says open until 1 but get there a hour before close and they say that they are closed?? Taco Bell you need to... get your staff together or get some new staff because they are causing you to lose valuable customers. Went to lunch today as I walked in the door 4 or 5 construction workers were walking out, Having not ordered food the girl... behind the counter apparently is making everybody use the Automatic order station Instead of taking her orders in person butyet standing there putting sauce packs in the bin. Another gentleman was using the self order but a machine and he said excuseme ma'am it's just spinning it's not working she just stood there and stared at him and did nothing they too walked out. Myselfincluded 8 people walked out of the restaurant without ordering anything because all the people did behind the counter juststared at them Not asking can I take your order or anything. I will never be back. I will be taking my business to the new TacoBell on International. That place is how you run a business. Read more
I made a point to visit Taco Bell because of the Mexican Pizza. Upon entering the site on N Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach I had to... speak to counter oerson to get their attention. She was busy filling sauce bins. After i picked up my order, not finding anyutencils to eat with, i asked her for a knife & fork to cut the pizza. After finding a fork, i asked her for a knife, she sighed& said they already cut it. In quarters? My mouth is not that big! I started to ask her if she hated working here, but i let itgo. To my dismay, the pizza was not what i remember when it was a trial menu item. It seems it was made primarily with beans andlittle or no meat. The food was excellent! Much better than the Taco Bell in my hometown in Kentucky. The tacos had plenty of cheese and meat in... them. The food was all hot. Very cheap and well located. However, The lady at the front counter taking our order acted veryfrustrated with her job. Made us feel uncomfortable like she didn?t even want us there and definitely didn?t want my husbandgetting any taco sauce as she moved it away from him when he got 9 packs for 4 tacos. Shamika is a horrible employee and so is Marge the so called manager REPLACE THEM IMMEDIATELY !!! The owner is super polite and... shouldn?t have people like them making his business look bad.
