Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was the only person in line and the girl came out from the back, saw me waiting, and... just went back to what she was doing. She eventually came back out, finally acknowledged my existence, and then proceeded to beextremely impatient, annoyed of my presence, continually interrupted me, and then didn't say a word when my drink was ready. Starbucks inside Target. Staff was enthusiastic and quick. Still no seating so one has to enjoy inside their vehicle. In... general, at most Starbucks these days, finding they add too much milk to their coffee and latte beverages. However, they nolonger have the little bar where one can add sugar and creamers to one's liking. Also, discovered adding half n half to certainbeverages cost 80 cents more; 2% milk is now the standard--sad. Read more
The lady who made my drink was extremely rude. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way which the cashier said it could be... made like that and the lady who made my drink decided that she was not going to make it the way I asked and when I asked herabout it, she says, no this is the way it?s made in a rude tone. I definitely will not be back to this Starbucks and veryunlikely to this target at all. No need to be rude. Just tell people you can?t make their drinks in a polite way instead ofagreeing and then catching an attitude. Starbucks is know for its modifications of drinks! One of the friendliest Starbucks that I've ever been to. I wanted to tip them because of their friendliness but they told me... that they could not accept a tip due to being inside a target store. We actually went there twice this week due to theirservice, friendliness, and great coffee. Read more
