Every time I come in here I am greeted by someone incredibly rude with no customer service skills. I don?t know if she isn?t... happy working here for 10+ years or what but it?s honestly stopped me from coming to this location ever again. Honestly hope shehas better days in the future! The Starbucks is absolutely wonderful inside of this Kroger location. The employees are always happy, great you with a smile and... personable. They're drinks are fabulous! I love the management staff as well. I've had the pleasure of watching them trainintermittently, and they do a great job. Read more
Girl not taking orders was sitting on her phone the entire time I am ordering. Then continues to text for another 30 seconds or... so while I am standing there. Finally puts her phone away.. (unsanitary especially in Pandemic). Drops the drink mixer in thesink.. picks it back up.. doesn't seem to care. Read more
I used to enjoy this Starbucks. Great service and delicious drinks!!! Last evening I went in and lo and behold the espresso... machine is down. Very frustrating as the female working is the same one that has stated espresso machine is down on 2 previousvisits. I just don't understand. You are a coffee shop shouldn't the espresso machine be the last thing broken down for closing.this has happened 3 times in less than a month. I will make the drive to a Starbucks farther but has provided me a hot espressodrink 10 minutes before closing. Probably doesn't mean a darn thing as this location is in a Kroger store as a convenience. Read more

Liked it before they started hiring the elderly. Nothing against them, except the ones that refuse to learn how to use the... technology. Really disappointed with my last visit. The attitude when I wanted to use a reward was uncalled for. She did notfollow the proper procedure to redeem the reward. I tried both phone and the physical card. She did not need to constantlybadger me to pay with cash. Should have gotten her name, but someone needs to make sure that old gray haired lady with theponytail can fully do her job, and if you don't like it, please quit. Thank you Starbucks, your customer service is excellent.They saw no issue with my card/reward or account. They placed money on the card for me.
