Every time I come in here I am greeted by someone incredibly rude with no customer service skills. I don?t know if she isn?t... happy working here for 10+ years or what but it?s honestly stopped me from coming to this location ever again. Honestly hope shehas better days in the future! The Starbucks is absolutely wonderful inside of this Kroger location. The employees are always happy, great you with a smile and... personable. They're drinks are fabulous! Girl not taking orders was sitting on her phone the entire time I am ordering. Then continues to text for another 30 seconds or... so while I am standing there. Finally puts her phone away.. (unsanitary especially in Pandemic). Drops the drink mixer in thesink.. picks it back up.. doesn't seem to care. Read more
