If I could give them a 0 I would, based solely off the fact that their customer service is horrible. Myles the cashier stood... there at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing and told my 6 year old son who had to use the restroom so bad as we had walked a waysthat unfortunately it was cleaned and he couldn?t. He was visibly doing a dance. Really!?! The other two employees stood theirwith the mop and bucket as they continued talking. Then the other employee stated that there was a restroom across the road hecould use. Not for nothing but your establishment is open for business and you refused him the restroom prior to knowing that Iwas going to purchase a drink. Needless to say we left with nothing. Myles and the other two employees need coaching on whatcustomer service is. You want to make 15$ and hour and you can?t even provide a common curtsy! Disgusted. Read more
This place is the best strabucks! We went on vacation to myrtle beach and ordered online. By the time we got there our drinks... were made perfectly and had awesome sayings on there like they loved us and we are special! This entire quite mini mall is a relief from crowds in an incredibly popular resort beach tourist city. Not too many seats and... awkward but empty inside and outside. Read more
There were only two baristas working this morning and it was packed. They moved fast and were kind. Great job!
Best Starbucks view I've ever been to. It's clean, well stocked and the baristas are kind.
The staff are very nice but the store has very little food and drink options in stock. When I was there they had almost nothing... that I wanted to order, and even my second choice items weren?t available. I had to ask what was available and pick from that.Not impressed that a Starbucks store had such little stock available during a very busy Fourth of July weekend in the heart ofmyrtle beach. It's standard Starbucks coffee. Service was amazing though!
