Never get service here. App has ripped us off, showing up at restaurant to be told that their system was down. Never got repaid... from the app. Got free coupons that can't be used because no one ever waits on you. How is this place still in business? Read more

I like sonic a lot but omg that drive thru is SLOW. I get up to the window and the person in drive thru is walking SLOW, getting... change SLOWLY, with the MOST Eeyore attitude too...Like dudeeeee pick up the pace. It's FAST food.... Meanwhile the girl in thebackground looking bored on her phone... I seen the trash outside needed changed... You could definitely go outside and do thatto stay busy. Smh. ???? Food was oKaY... Pouring rain, waited in drive in after pushing button for 6 minutes before someone told us only doing drive thru. Went in drive... thru, took about 10 minutes to get our food, 2 number 2s. Finally get food, one burger made wrong. Tell them, they take it andremake it as a number 1. Took us in total 25 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us to get our food and get out of there. Read more

This Sonic really needs to work on their customer service skills n also the cooking bc everytime I go it?s burnt old food served... n tha girl at the window is completely unbothered if your there or not tbh.. highly disappointed every visit like it?s just fastfried food n ice cream how could this ever be wrong ..
