Red Lobster is a family friendly restaurant w cake with ice cream and a raspberry lemonade. Yum! Ms. Johnnie Giddens, the... general manager, noticed my service dog and brought him a bowl of water. She was very cheerful and friendly. The restaurant isimmaculate, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is superb. My to-go order consisted of fish and chips, which I hadfor dinner last night. I also ordered the mouthwatering coconut shrimp (I've had it before and love it!) and the cheesebiscuits that Red Lobster is famous for. I highly recommend Red Lobster for its wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts toplease everyone. An added bonus is that there is a pond nearby that has a large number of swimming turtles! My dog and I weredelighted to watch them swim around. You can't beat this for dinner and a show! Read more

We sat down and waited 15-20 minutes for our waiter. Drinks were another 20 minutes. Our waiter was slow and didn't come to... check if we needed refills. We ordered the meal when we ordered drinks but I'm not even sure he put the order in right away.Manager came and we asked to just pay for our drinks. I won't go back and don't recommend. Read more

With the labor issues, we had to wait to be seated and then pace of meal was slowed beyond what we had experienced in the past.... Our server was excellent and the food was excellent as usual. Read more
