If I could do 0 stars I definitely would! Ordered pizza at 8:30 it didn't show up until 10:45! Our pizza was extremely cold and... gross and our order incomplete! It was delivered by door dash not pizza hut themselves. So when I called and spoke with themanager (after being on hold for about 30 mins) he said I would need to call Door Dash and speak with them about my problems!Door dash didn't have anything to do with our food except for delivery! It was not their fault it took them over 2 hours to makethe pizza or that the order was incomplete!! However the manager said there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact DoorDash instead??????????? He did say they could remake and redeliver the pizza but it would be another hour before they could!Absolutely horrible horrible customer service! Read more
My husband and I had given up on Pizza Hut a few years back due to them changing their sauce. We decided to give them another... try about a month ago. We can't seem to get enough! The pizza that we have been receiving from South Kings has been phenomenal!!It has always been hot and fresh even with delivery. And we haven't even had to wait more then 15 minutes for delivery! This is our 1st and last time ordering from this Hut! Pizza was greasy ( u could see it seeping in the box! Our pizza/ wings was... 39 bucks and the huzman gave an 8 dollar tip! And no napkins were in the bag! We were in town and staying at Comfort Suite onFrontage Rd. Never ever again! Read more
I got in late so ordered a pizza at 10pm. Said 25-35 minutes it took 45-50, no biggy. the pizza was relatively cold by the time... i got it. Also I ordered the detroit style supremo pizza and it came with almost no toppings. Quite disappointed especiallysince the box clearly states "loaded with toppings". When I called the store, they apparently have a line for new orders and asecond line for existing order inquiries. I sat on the phone waiting for someone to answer for an hour. I tried calling theother number, which people answered, but they refused to talk to me and kept transferring me to the other line, which no onecared to answer. I would recommend going elsewhere for pizza needs, since customer satisfaction is the least of theirconcerns. I called back the next day to get some restitution and they said this is exactly how their pizza is supposed to look.And only offered a discount on another pizza. I ordered pizza & wings online at 8:30 pm, while on vacation. the order never showed up after 1 hour. they called me 30 minutes... after I placed the order saying they didn't have the stuff crust I ordered,& if I would take any other type. so I did, and theorder still no show. I called back & they said they canceled my order, without even calling me back. So some manager asked if Iwanted to placed the order again. so I did and still no show or call. so I called again and still on hold and no pizza. I wouldnot refer this pizza hut to anyone. they are so sorry, and they won't even answer the phone to tell me why I haven't received myorder.I am visiting from out of town and this is Amazing and Bad businesses. this pizza hut Sucks, do use it? Detroit style wasn't available, pizza was extremely oily and the crust was soft and undercooked. Waited on hold to get something... else for about 20 minutes and wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience. Read more
