Haven?t gotten a single order right 5 times in a row, and the food is not that good in the end either. don?t order here

Haven't had PizzaHut in a minute, got 3k points thought ill order some pizza tonight. Ordered delivery for a pizza and wings... near early 10 pm, never recieved my pizza and site keeps crashing with it giving a error and a pizza heart icon whenever I trydo anything like visit my orders it's irritating me. Dominos is so much better. Don't buy delivery if this chain is near you. Read more

BEWARE!! Never received our order after 2 hours. Driver called for directions, could see him clearly at wrong apartment... complex, never called, never even came over into our drive. Had to go to store and request refund. There was no concern thatthe pizza had not been delivered nor did I receive a phone call that delvery was returned to the store. I can say they werereally busy and the lady in the store was polite and refunded without issue but the driver should have called to say he washaving a hard time locating address!! Read more

I ordered online but only one of my two pizzas were delivered. I tried to call the store but because of their phone tree, I was... routed to India, Detroit and LA. The two times i was transferred successfully to the store, they hung up the phone on me.Finally drove into the store. The manager on duty said, ?oh yeah, the driver said you were missing a pizza but we were reallybusy so I didn?t call you.? I was told there is no way for her to refund the delivery fee, or the pizza even though I had todrive in to get my second pizza.unbelievable! Read more

I called to order a pizza for pickup. I guess they were too busy to answer the phone so the call went through to their call... center. I ordered a large pan supreme. I went to pick it up and paid $21 for the pizza plus a $3 tip. They gave me the pizza andI went to the car. I opened the lid to find a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. No worries, I thought, it was probably anhonest mistake. So I took the pizza back in and showed them. Their response to me was, bwe are out of onions, bell peppers, andmushrooms. Ok, what? But you charged me for a supreme and didn't bother to let me know. I asked to speak to the manager whoobviously didn't care to understand the issue. She acted like it was my fault! Finally she reluctantly agreed to credit my cardback some money, but it didn't happen. I guess she just lied to get me out of the restaurant. What a sorry manager. It's ashame someone with that attitude would be in a managerial position. Needless to say, I'll never go back! Read more

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here.picked up the order and the girls at the front didn't... have time to wait on anyone they were to busy on there phones and eating their food from Sonic. pizza was very poor qualityunder cooked and no toppings A frozen Red Baron would have been better and much cheaper. Spent $50 on 3 pizzas. will not goback to this place and they acted like that was fine with them. I would try Domino's or Papa John's before going here. Read more

John Denhan was really cool to work... It was waiting time to check in for Hampton inn -this was real close during the lunch... hours... He is extremely helpful. A. as soon as i talked to him, i was talking too loud or sort of shouting- and joking - andwhen i entered inside to sit down i see there were customers- outside it was looking no one- he took that real cool, easy going- very rare to find that 2. I also slipped the entire Diet Pepsi on the table and the floor - he was kind enough to fix it...hewas totally normal - no facial changes or reaction. 3. I had asked one more plate to keep things or i forgot one more mistakebut he was highly tolerant... he did this so quickly, and by himself... It was very rare to find such people in the industry- 4. he does not talk non-sense or any kind of things 5. He is highly professional 6. he means business 7. he was kind enough toremove mushroom and put Jalapenos in the Pizza- he charges exactly as per the policies and procedures... Total dedication - hemust be the true example for Pizza hut- very rare to find - he talks less, goes and takes care of the cash counter etc...he isamazing... Good service rather best service i had seen in Pizza hut- way to be admired and mentioned world over... duringthis Discovery spotlight talent competition even though i did not get selected ...tried my best. Food was good. One wrong item but otherwise good. Bathroom did not having a working soap dispenser, only hand sanitizer, in the... men's room. We were given Hershey dessert boxes for our pizza, which I did not think anything of until the pizza sauce erodedthe bottom of the box before we got home. I also never saw the check so I am not sure if what I paid for is what I actually got. Read more
