The employee that took my order over the phone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered within 30 mins. Hot,... fresh and super yummy! Please don?t order from Myrtle Beach Paps John?s! I called the correct store (I googled the number I dialed and it was the... correct store) but somehow the order was sent to the incorrect store. After 2 hours, we were told that we had to travel 45minutes to get our order. Again, please do you and your hungry kids a favor and don?t order here bc who knows where the orderwill be!!! Read more

The counter help was very friendly and helpful. The menus have no prices on it at all. I only waited 20 minutes for my pizza.... They were very busy with their deliveries. I saw three different drivers coming and going while I waited for my order. Pizza wasgood and delicious. Papa John's is a good pizza ???? shop. Read more
Hey there are you in Myrtle Beach and looking to buy a new tire for your vehicle then stop for pizza at Papa John's. They are... friendly and the food is good unfortunately the parking lot need some attending. They got a pretty killer pothole out there andwhen it's raining you can't see it until you're in it. If i could give less than one star i would. Ordered BBQ wings. Delivered and was not BBQ but was Buffalo. Called and no one... answered it just rang. Wife tried calling and finally spoke with someone who said he was a manager. I spoke with him and he putme on hold and then hung up on me. Called back. Told me he was out of wings. Told him i didn't care just send something my kidswould eat because they can't eat buffalo because it is too spicy. Said he would give me a gift card and to come get it. Told himi did delivery for a reason i am not coming to get it. If he is going to deliver a gift card he can deliver food. Said he onlyhas two delivery drivers. Told him they (the store) are the ones who messed up the order that i am not driving up there. He hungup on me again. Called a third time and spoke to Chris because so called manager would answer the phone. Told Chris if i gothung up on again i would be showing up in person and would not end well for the manager. He put this so called manager on thephone again. Told me he didn't hang up on me. Replied why did i call back and on a different phone. He replied he had customersin the store to deal with. Said he would TRY to send 15 poppers in BBQ in its place. Said that is fine i just wanted somethingmy kids would eat. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR MY KIDS TO EAT. Filed a complaint with customer service and was told the GMwould call me. Still waiting. Read more
Pizzas good at times but the customer service (at least at the one I got to) sucks.
