Kiosk was being temperamental then had difficulty trying to bring up the order I was hoping to have on my ipad; but being way... to slow. I think because of the changes on the gadget was more when I gotten to the sauce on kiosk; they wanted me to deleteone of the customizations to have sauce; always something. They where acting slow and didn't look busy. They don't have anylights for parking lot and some other businesses has street parking lights and busy road doesn't have any lights but businesseson either side of the road has lights. Read more

Not sure why I even go to any Panera bread. Their rewards program is a joke. Don?t bother. Even though you give your rewards... to the cashier and/or enter your receipt information in the Panera Bread app - nothing shows up. Like I said a joke!! Veryfrustrated customer Read more
Panera Bread is a scam. Paid $54.00 for just bread. I know it?s called Panera BREAD but that?s just it, they feed you bread.... Bread with salad. Bread with pizza. Pizza dough. A side of bread with a sour dough bread bowl. No wonder Americans are soobese. Don?t order the soup in a sour dough bread because you will only get 3-4 tea spoons full of soup. They don?t take out theexcess of bread to put soup in the sour dough bread bowl. Hence only 3-4 tea spoons fit. Pizza was cold and horrible. The onlything we enjoyed was the Caesar salad. Have tried this Panera 3 times and all 3 times there was an issue. The first time was for delivery. I ordered bread bowl soup.... Received the soup in a regular bowl, no bread bowl. The other two times were for curbside pickup. Marked I was there and whichspot and sat, and sat, and sat. Finally go in both times and employees are chatting and there the bag sits. You can see the pickup spots from the counter. Will not be trying a 4th time! Read more
Food is always fresh, and fast. Ordering is very easy. The only thing that is aggravating is everytime I order for dine in and... enable text when food is ready. I always get a text before my food is ready. Defeats the whole purpose. I don't know if it's acompany thing where they feel rushed but definitely needs to be fixed. I'm sure this isn't the only location that does this.Other than that. It's great! Read more
The food is hot and fast. We ordered inside with the kiosk and it took a bit as they have so many options with pictures. The... app was easy to navigate. We asked for the scone to be warmed... nope! We also asked for NO bacon on the breakfastsandwich.... nope (there was of course bacon on it)! That was fine as the restaurant was in impeccable condition and theDanishes were very well displayed. The 3 ??? comes in with the confusion and demeanor of the employee behind the counter. Shewas somehow not sure what we had ordered and then proceeded to imply we were the ones confused by her insistant questions. After being talked to as a child she tried to "warm" up to us by asking about the RV we drove and where we are from. Appreciatethe efforts, but a little too much and a little too late! There were four kids working the whole place. Nobody at the register. Nobody behind the counter. Food and garbage all over the... lobby. Tables were dirty. Not the greatest experience. There are vegetarian options on the menu. and they do have a weird backentrance. Parking lot is big. Not sure how easy it is for handicap access. Read more
