They run out of everything. They had no rice at all on a Saturday evening. They still had an hour to go before closing. They had... no teriyaki chicken barely any broccoli beef. I have no idea why they even stay open past 5pm. This location needs to just havebankers hours. Monday through Friday from Noon until 5pm. We really didn?t have dine in or take out or delivery because therewas nothing left. We spent $0. This location needs better management. And employees who don?t mind working. I went to this location and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and took it home to eat. It was very, very hot. I have had it here... several times and it was never this way. My lips were burning, red, and swollen. They hurt really bad.I had to go to the doctorand was given medication, which cleared them up. I contacted the corporate office to notify this restaurant. I want to know who this manager is. I was in the drive through and they told me that I couldn?t get a plate of food I was only... able to get a bowl because they have a shortage of chicken and rice. This is every time we go to Panda. If a fast food placedon?t have the meals why be open. Poor guy at the window was polite. But seemed he was doing his best but had little to no help. Ordered from the window but... didn't get soy sauce so I went in. Was ignored until I loudly asked for help. Someone literally walked by me standing there andI spoke to them and they didn't even acknowledge me. Two stars only for drive through guy. UPDATE 10/21/22 Better! Very busy but all the dishes looked fresher than last time I was here. Front was a bit understaffed... perhaps due to drive-through being busy and requiring extra attention. Original review: Good but they need to replenish andchange their food trays more frequently during their busy times. Sometimes the trays look picked over and dry. Quantity of fooda little light for the price. The combo take-out trayw, 3 vs 2 items, do not seem a good deal when you look at the smallerportions of main proteins served in them. Read more
