We had an amazing and delicious dinner while we were here visiting. My waitress Zee, was so kind and did an amazing job!!! It... was so hard to believe she just came out of training. The bloomin burger was great , but the sweet potato was not. Wife ordered a bloomin annie chicken thing ( pictured after we... boxed it up), said it was great , we both got Salads; Soggy and an abundance of dressing congealed at the bottom like a soup, clearly made way ahead of time. Hannah B was our waitress tonight and she did a fabulous job. The food was tasty and served hot. She was very conscientious of... our needs without asking. I observed a large table beside us (20 plus) and their waiter was very attentive to their continuousneeds. We were told there was a wait time of 30 minutes but we only had to wait 10-15 minutes. 7/7: I ordered a curbside takeout order and sit in the parking spot for over 15 minutes and no one comes out so I have to go... inside to see my order has been sitting on the shelf the whole time. Then I get back to the hospital with my order since wejust had a new baby earlier this afternoon. My blooming burger I ordered is nothing but an over cooked patty and slice ofcheese. No onion petals, sauce, tomato or pickles. Added ranch and cheese and bacon to the side of fries and get a hand full offries with a little cheese and basically no bacon but no ranch at all. I also am not sure how you expect people to eat soupwithout a spoon. Absolutely awful experience and of course no one at the restaurant will answer the phone before going insideor when I try to call about my order.
