Arrived, had a small wait for a table. Never once got refills, even after asking twice. Had to ask twice as well for refills on... our soup salad and bread sticks, never did receive a second salad. Barely had any ketchup in the cup for my sons fries and thennever got more when asked. Waited 30 minutes after eating on our server to come back before we could ask for the check. Neverwill be back, ruined Olive Garden for us. Restaurant was not busy! Hardly saw our server. Read more

Excellent service from our waiter Yosh. The meals were excellent and no extended wait. The deserts were decadent. I like the... electronic station for calling your wait person or ordering additional items. Yosh though was very attentive, efficient, and hada great attitude. Started off talking with very professional and polite people by the names of Noah and Jennifer one the phone. They were able to... answer my questions, and when I arrived they had kept their word. We were seated immediately which was awesome cause we had alarge party. Our service was excellent. Zaire did a great job. He was very patient with our younger ones. The Blue Amalfi was not impressive at all, my carbonara was dry. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that way but I used some of... the sauce from my fiancés pasta to make mine more sauced lol. The 5 stars comes from the excellent service and hubby'sfood/drink tasted a lot better than mine so it was probably just my order. I'm not entirely sure what he ordered. Server was friendly, knew the menu and was a great. However, my cousins both ordered the exact same meal: chicken parm, hold the... marinara, add Alfredo. Their chicken was smothered in excessive amounts of cheese with a mushy, soggy bottom from sitting inmarinara sauce prior to being re-plated with Alfredo. I also ordered 2 meals and 2 desserts to go, while we ate desserts at theend of the meal. The desserts there were great, and we had no complaints with them. I unpacked the food at home for myroommates and only had 1 salad, 1 dessert, no breadsticks and one entree was overcooked mush and cold within 10 minutes ofleaving the restaurant. The other entree was still piping hot and fresh, and my roommate had no complaints. This location hasalways been my favorite, but the kitchen staff is seriously lacking and bringing down the restaurant. The servers and runnerswere all incredibly friendly and courteous, as they always have been. The restaurant was also clean, and bathrooms were as well.I just feel like, for $160 for 5 entrees, 5 desserts, and 2 appetizers ... We could have gone to a much nicer restaurant withbetter food that didn't come ill-prepared or not included with the to-go order. Read more

Good service and food. Had to wait about 5 minutes. You get unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks with your meal. We chose the... salad with house dressing and it was all good. The shrimp scampi was a large portion Also had the salmon and it did notdisappoint. Overall great experience. Read more
