Worst hotel ever unless you are just looking to party. Hotel nasty, smells, not clean at all. No parking! Both parking decks... full and they tell you that you will have park Mile down street at a night club. Pay over 800 for three nights! Never again.Room was outdated not to mention toilet broke, doors off, sliding glass door doesn't lock or shut all the way, elevator stinksand vents covered in years of dust. I could go on and on. Loved the bands. Almost every employee I came in contact with was super friendly. The best was Michael the bell hop. He was... awesome. Our room definitely needed some TLC. Love this place. Nice staff live music everyday pretty clean. Sometimes the big pool needs cleaned. the food is good . The staff... are friendly and helpful. They have jacuzzis and a lazy river. And it's right in the beach. They have outdoor showers to washoff at entrances and exits from the beach. I love the live music. Read more
Reasonably price drinks. Good live music. Servers are friendly and attentive. Security is pretty aggressive with outside drinks... and spotty at best on to who they enforce this policy. They hovered over me while I finished a energy drink while others wereallowed to walk right in with open beverages. Despite what others say, the pools are not available to anyone else besidesresidents of the resort. Read more
The live music was fun, it would be nice if they fixed the blown speakers. The servers for the drinks could care less about... serving the tables so it?s better to just walk up and get your drinks from the bar. This food is good from the hotel next to ityou need to get your self to go. Read more
This is a great place to hang out at the bar, have some drinks, listen to a band and you can walk right out to the beach and... ocean. Very relaxed atmosphere. Beachwear recommended. We got together for Annie's birthday at Ocean Annie's! Read more
