Ordered here for the first time and was disappointed with my order. I ordered the LEANguini lemon Parmesan pasta and there was... no sauce on my dish but that?s not the reason for my 1 star. I found multiple hairs in my food to where I couldn?t eat past 1bite after noticing ???? Read more

I used the app to order the Buffalo Mac n Cheese for window pickup. The app is simple to navigate and very straight forward.... Ordering was simple and painless. My order was ready within minutes so thankfully I was sitting in the parking lot waiting. WhenI pulled up I was quickly greeted with a smile. I was asked my name and immediately handed my order. I pulled to the backparking lot and parked. I opened my paper bag to find 2 napkins a sturdy plastic fork and my to go container. The presentationwas suitable for the dish I ordered and looked very appealing. First I tried the parm crusted chicken... it was cold ???? theflavor was less like parm chicken and more like seafood. Then I tried the Mac and cheese the flavor was good the pasta was warmbut not hot. The flavor combo isn?t my favorite... perhaps next time I will try it with just grilled chicken ??????????? Speed:???? Convenience: ???? Presentation: ???? Cost: 9 Temperature: 45 Flavor: 60 Overall NOT my favorite dish. Cold chicken on warmpasta was a real disappointment. Read more

I have went several times before leaving a review hoping it would improve. I was genuinely excited about this place before it... opened. There is so much potential here! Each time I have went I have had unpleasant experiences. Seems like the staff are nicebut need more training. The food is pricey and that wouldn?t be such an issue if the experience met that price point. I only gota few little pieces of chicken in my bowl. It tastes pretty good and that?s why I am giving two stars. Like I said, potential. Last time I was there we waited for our food for 30 minutes and the whole time it smelled heavily of oil and wassmoky and hot in the dining room. We actually packed up our food and took it home to eat it instead. I hope someone can startto manage this place right because it will not make it if it continues this way! The other reviews are starting to show that! Read more

The first of Noodles and Company comes to South Carolina by opening its doors in Myrtle Beach. Being a fan favorite of this... chain back in our home state, we decided to stop in for dinner. The idea came to conception in 1995 with simply introducing fastfood made fresh. Creative dishes designed with flavors from around the world to down home local fare made with authenticingredients. From World Flavors to Italian Classics, Asian Bowls to Mac Pacs, Zoodles (zucchini noodles) to Cauliflower Noodlesthere is a bowl waiting for you. Soups, salads and even some sweet treats. One of my regulars is the Pad Thai, with rice noodlestir-fry with scrambled egg, napa and red cabbage, citrus, peanuts and cilantro. Sweet but with a hint of heat. Most dishes donot come with a source of protein, but one can pay for an add on and the Parmesan-crusted chicken (or grilled chicken) docompliment this dish. Meals were prepared in a timely manner and came piping hot. Quantity got me bringing home leftovers andquality certainly will have me coming back. Read more

The employees are nice but the food is not worth the money in taste or portion. A bowl of regular noodles NO protein is almost... $9. The noodles are dry af extra sauce is $1 and they're skimpy with the toppings. The first time I ordered was fast the secondtime I ordered online when I got to the pick up window they had me pull to a spot 10min after my food was supposed to be ready Ihad to call them to ask them to bring my food out after waiting past the time it was supposed to be ready the noodles wereburnt. It's also the first restaurant I've been to that puts whole stalks of clinatro without chopping to their Pad Thai Read more

Sorry to say Noodles and Company are a bit overpriced and okay. Store is new so it?s very clean and neat. Noodles were under... cooked and not much chicken. Staff was nice, menu was informative. I found it wasteful eat in orders were brought to table inbrown bags. I do not recommend Noodles and Company as there are plenty of other places reasonable priced with better qualityfood. Read more

I had the Japanese Pan Noodles. Thick noodles, cooked at al dente texture. Food was OK; I will try something with a thinner... noodle next time. Employees very polite and friendly; order was completed within 5 minutes Read more

This was a long awaited visit, and we knew just what to order. Seeing how busy it was I almost lost interest but then I saw the... pick up window! I ordered it good online with a wait time of 12 mind given. I grabbed a large shrimp scampi, Alfredo parmesancrusted chicken, and a large Mac n cheese. I got to the window 6 mins early. The window lady was so kind, had a stellar smile, and was quick to serve us. After 3 minds another great lady handed us our sealed and labeled bag of food with napkins and forks. Our food was great! With it being open a week I know the kitchen is still learning, and still not much I could think of bad withthis place. Super cool and filling place for lunch. We will be back to try more fabulous noodles! Read more
