Would give a negative star rating if it was possible!!!! Was so so so disappointed! Hard to ruin ice cream but they did. 4... people 3 different flavors and even a 7 and 12 year old child said it wasn't good. Ice cream was old. Service was poor. Ladycame out with a pair of gloves already on touched everything including cash register with them and our ice cream cones andscoop. Will NEVER visit this place again. So disappointing. Never have I seen kids throw away chocolate ice cream!!!! Very dirtyand run down. Old don't mean has to be rude and crude!!! Read more
Being this was Nathans, I expected quite a bit more than we got. The Russian Lady cashier was hard to understand. Was rude &... nasty when we asked a few questions. Spent $35 on 4 hot dogs, 2 sodas & 2 fries. Hot dogs over cooked & salty but french friesokay. Place was dirty & looks like they may have thought about construction at some point, but the tape & dust say it's beenthis way for some time. Would never return here. I suggest finding somewhere else to go. Definitely not worth the time or ????to be treated so rudely while on vacation. ???? Read more
Cashier that could barely be understood, nothing wrong with it, just inconvenient and she was rather flat toned without any... customer services skills. But $44 dollars for 3 frozen fish sandwich combos? Nooooo thank you. The food wasn't amazing, thefries were delicious though. Sierra Mist tasted like pure sugar. We were hesitant to go in because the outside looked like it wasn't open and there were broken windows. We looked in the door... and saw they were open and the inside looks a lot better than the outside. The people working in the kitchen had on masks and itwas nice and clean. The fish sandwich was very good and hot off the press so to speak. We went back the next day. Plenty ofspace for social distancing. If the outside was better I would have given a better rating. If 0 stars was possible.. Don't do it. Just don't. We went here with our 3 children for ice-cream and dinner. 1. The place is... in a terrible neighborhood 2. The parking on the side of the building is falling apart I mean big huge eat your whole suv tirebig. 3. The food and ice-cream is really expensive but extremely low quality. 4.The hot dogs were old and like shoe leather,they arht being cooked properly. My daughter got a plain cheese burger that tasted like nothing but chemicals. Even I couldn'teat it when she refused too. We spent almost $50 for 2 hot dogs a sandwich and a fish plater. Most of which was completelydisgusting. 5.The place is extremely dirty. Tables are sticky. The floors are sticky, and the bathroom is locked. Probablybecause of the neighborhood. Nathan?s chicken with original sauce is very tasty. See pictures for full menu. Ample seating inside. Restrooms are only for... customers and remained locked. You can request staff to open it. Staff is courteous however can be loud when communicatingamongst themselves. Ice-cream as well as few cocktails are also available inside the store. Nice outside seating with colorfulumbrellas. If the umbrellas are closed, you must seek permission from staff before opening the umbrellas. No parking for thestore however Street side Mini meter parking up to a max 12 hours and enforced between 6am and midnight. Read more
If I could give this place no stars, I would. Husband and I love Nathan's dogs and we're pretty excited to try this place. DO... NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The place is dirty, tables are old and falling apart, the lady at the counter was SO rude and canbarely speak English, the food was horrible. Over cooked is an understate. The french fries were burnt, the hotdog was tough andI had to spit out my last bite because something didn't taste right at all. I'd looked forward to trying a Nathan's Famous Hot dog, among other menu items. I have never (in 51 years) had such... miscommunication while ordering. The food at this location was beyond awful. Although 1 item (Philly Cheesesteak) out of a $78order, was okay. Our order was incomplete. When I called the restaurant, the foreign speaking cashier refused to let me speak toanyone else, claiming that she was the only one there. I'd just left there, seeing @ least 2 other employees.
