They consistently forget food items in orders and toys in their kid meals. The food sometimes can be very questionable, with... feces like odor coming from the food. The frys are soggy and not fresh 80% of the time. You're better off going down the streetto Sonic, where you'll get a burger that doesn't smell and look like it came out of a bathroom! Read more
Was on vacation and our last day, stopped by for breakfast before the 6 hour drive home. They royally messed the breakfast order... up. Husband went inside to fix it while I sat in the vehicle with the kids and inlaw and they refused. Their reasoning was thatthey were no longer serving breakfast. You were less than 2 minutes ago in the drive through. So then asked for a refund andthey even made that complicated. What on earth, word of advice, go next door to Duncan's much better service! The manager just told someone that they could not have a refill on a medium sprite because the ordered in the drive thru and not... inside all while talking like a teenager with a bad attitude. This kid is not ready for a manager position. Read more
Probably the worst service experienced. The person who took my coupon code laughed when it didn?t get applied and said well we... can?t help you now. When I asked for a manager she said good luck they won?t help you. They didn?t!!! Mind you it was acheeseburger it the laughing was enough to literally leave a review I would of never have done in the past. I live near bye andthis is a new staff with obviously no manners.
