Just awful. The food was lukewarm and drinks more carbonated water than the flavor you requested. We had to go back through... the drive thru to get a better drink. The workers laughed and the drink was worst as of they purposely added more carbonatedwater. They can take this McDonald's and throw it in the trash. Only they 1st window cashier had the best customer service bothtimes. I heard about this store but now we know. Again, a piece of trash. Read more
I guess McDonald's is scamming people. The Medium Mcafe is actualy the Small Cup they use for drinks. Not an ACTUAL Medium. When... i want a medium i expect you to use the MEDIUM cup thats bigger than this. Not the small. Got a large iced coffee. Watched through the drive through window as the manager tilted the coffee and had barely any coffee.... She then filled the rest with ice and water???? I go into the restaurant and after waiting 10 min with everyone mad around me Itell the worker her manager just gave me cream and water and she remade it right away??. With no coffee again?? we ordered three large iced coffees. two french vanilla and one caramel. for some reason they always make us pull up for iced... coffees but we don?t mind. anyways, the girl that brought out our drinks came out with two larger looking cups and one mediumlooking one. we corrected her and told her we ordered three larger and she told us the medium looking one was a large but thatit was caramel LATTE. we told her we didn?t order a caramel latte and told her what we ordered. she came back with a largefrench vanilla iced coffee and we told her we needed a caramel one. she said she gave us our caramel one so we rechecked ourlabels. turns out she gave us a large french vanilla iced coffee and a caramel one?? we ended up just taking the coffee, sincethat completed our order, and leaving but the whole situation was just so unnecessary. That McDonald's is horrible ????. First the people in front of us had to give their food back because their stuff was cold which... was understandable for being in line for so long you would expect hot food. Then when I get my food, everything looked ok untilI opened my Big Mac and surprise surprise. Why on earth is my patty from the Big Mac on top of the Big Mac. There is no excusefor such horrific service. Who ever was on the Drive Thru between 12pm and 12:30pm needs to be retrained or fired because thatis just unacceptable. Because, I'm sure they just gave me the food that the people in front of us in the drive thru hadreturned. Which means that I can't even eat or enjoy my food. I sorry McDonald's but that was the last straw for me. You willnever ever have my business ever again. Your service has just gone down hill. Read more
Trash everywhere on the counters, floors and tables. Ambivalent staff just hanging out with no concern for the front of the... house. Our order for a party of four was presented with two items missing. We had small children with us and missed theconditions before we ordered or we'd have turned around. All this at a late lunch around 2:30p on a weekday with only threepatrons in the restaurant. No one got sick from the food, so one star instead of zero. Read more
Did a mobile order and cashier called out to me as soon as I walked in, with my order ready. I'd already paid through the app so... I just had to pickup and go. The food was fresh and hot so it was an overall positive experience. Will definitely go again. Read more
