Call to order ahead of time (3 times) and got no answer. Drive there to pick up a plain cheese hot and ready. But nothing was... ready. They had no pizza cooked! Had to wait in the parking. This has happened on more then one occasion. Read more
I hate to give one star rating but I waited in the drive thru for almost an hour to pick up my online order that was supposed to... be ready. It looked like they were very under staffed, the lobby was full of customers and drive thru backed up. I watchednumerous people drive off and walk out with out ordering. If I could give no stars I would!! How did I order a pepperoni pizza & literally only get pepperoni?no cheese?no sauce..just... thin crust & pepperoni. I know people make mistakes but whoever cut it & put it in the box definitely knew if the cook didn?trealize it. Read more
Love this Little Caesars Pizza and we don't like all Little Caesars. Pizza is always hot and fresh. They just need to hire... another person so you can get in and out faster. Staff are very pleasant and the restaurant appears clean. Read more
No starts 0.. lady was very rude had someone else pick up my food to get to the hotel only to have 2 pizzas not 4, no soda I... ordered, and no sauce that I ordered 73 dollars on food for what to be told I was given it. If I could rate a 0 I would. I understand companies are having a hard time getting employees and running a business but when... someone calls a PIZZA place to place an order and the Manager Dianna or D as she goes by states use the website and I stated thewebsite wasn't working and she said then use door dash and was a total smart A**. I am sorry but I have always called andplaced my order never had an issue. This company has lost my business and trust me I bet I order more in a month then she makes.Little Caesars you need to hire people who have respect for your customers and want to do their job instead of people who haveno respect and make you lose your customers. Delicious pizza @ a fair price. Fed my whole family for under $30. I really like their "Crazy bread" and their... "ExtraMostBestest®" cheese pizza. Perfect combination of different cheeses with a delicious sauce. It's good hot and fresh butit also makes good leftovers. Read more
