Very rude telling me that I have to come in instead of doing drive-thru when there's two other people in the Drive-Thru and this... is not been a one-time occurrence this has been multiple times. First couple times I did stop and go in and then I turn aroundand look and then they're taking orders through drive-thru again it's just because they get backed up and they don't want to doit. it's just because they're lazy and they don't want to do drive-thru they keep on saying they're register is going downwhich I highly doubt that. They had a hard time placing orders at the counter. The person handing out the food kept scratching her head/hair the entire... time. The ceiling is leaking all over. The employees Needs to be more appreciative when a customer comes and take time out of the day to buy their food . Each time I... come there They look like they're having a very bad day makes me don't want to come back. The chicken is very greasy And youdon't taste the seasoning in the chicken like you used to. Employees that were there need to be mindful how they treat customerswhen they come to their drive-through window. The young man that was there who was the manager on duty where the worst managerthat I have ever seen he did not want to do his job to help customer but he'd rather be in the office Or be walking aroundtelling someone else what to do when there are being busy doing their job . Staff was not friendly. While placing our order, the girl taking our order walked away. It took 17 minutes to get our food (just... a simple order ) and it was cold. Nothing was hot or even warm. Will not go back to this KFC Read more
I want to be honest. Three stars is really an over rating. The Jamaican female manger had the nastiest attitude. First time... eating there and my wings still had feathers on them. They honestly had me calling corporate in the lobby. They need a crashcourse on the chain of command and on what is good customer service. But to add to the list. My family and I went through the drive thru. Pleasant lady took our order. She was patient as we made up our minds. We had to... wait for the worker to bring the food to the car since they were putting in a fresh batch of fries. It took about 10 minutes.However, it was worth the wait. The fries were hot and fresh.
