The young man at the drive thru was SUPER rude and short when taking my order. This is not my first run in with terrible service... at this KFC either. The chicken is not fresh to order, and if you ask for it to be made fresh, I?ve waited over 30 minutes. It?sridiculous. The chicken they gave me was cold an it was lunch time an they told me to wait in then it almost took them a hour to get 4 PC of... chicken. I had a long day at work didn't won't to cook so I thought I could get something quick but It didn't happen an I was soup set they well soon lose a lot of customer because I know for a fact that I'm one customer that won't be back in I know I'mnot the only one. Was there this past Sunday. Walked in and no employee to be seen. After waiting 5 minutes, an employee finally came up to the... counter.. he was wearing a stripped shirt. I assume he was a manager named Shakeem???? He never said one word to me my entiretransaction. He was texting on his phone while taking my order and then he was talking on his cell phone while take my order.There were 3 of us in line and we were all saying to one another that we were trying to keep our composure. Then we all got ourorders and they were all wrong. Then more people came in and he was no where to be found. Check the cameras. One of the worstcustomer service experiences of my life!!!! Read more
Ordered online. Food was correct and great. However, the lobby still being closed when every other business' lobby are open is... terrible. I like to go and sit for lunch, not sit in my car. I will be back maybe when the lobby is open again. Read more
Stopped by last nite for 2 big ole bowls for $5ea?. Got home had 2 tiny little bowls like 4 spoonfuls each. Last time we stop... there, major rip-off. Read more
We ordered the family meal with sweet tea. Under 40 dollars for 5 people. Fast service and every thing was right and hot.
This particular KFC was terrible. First the young man didn't listen to my order. I told him what I wanted, then he kept asking... me about a combo or meal and I had to tell him 3 times I don't want a drink. Pull up to the window and still had me down for adrink.. THEN they didn't have any original recipe breasts, so they substituted a thigh and wing, then that DOUBLED my price toover 8.00, my usual is always about 4.15. I said I didn't want that or will pay it because they didn't have what I ordered, andthen wanted to argue that I would have to pay for the 2 pieces that were supposed to be a substitute. I took my card, didn't payand drove off. I love KFC normally but that just turned me way off, and I won't go back there. Disgusted to say the least. Read more
