What a disappointment! New JJ opened near our home. We were excited to have a new sub shop nearby as we're looking for a decent... sub place around Carolina Forest but sadly this is definitely not it. We took a 2000 mile trip last week and upon coming home wewere starving and wanted something filling and quick to re-energize us as we were exhausted and hungry. We stopped at the newJimmy Johns on River Oaks, saw the picture of the Thai chicken wrap on the window which was huge and loaded with the chickenfilling. Hubby and I both thought it sounded great and it looked huge so it would fill us up after our long road trip. What weactually received were 2 tiny packages that were the size of a hot dog. When we unwrapped them there was a tiny wrap with a tinyamount of chicken inside and a few slices of cucumber (I despise cucumbers, who would put cucumbers in a wrap??), and the entirething was soaked and soggy with a very thin sauce. It was inedible. We paid $23 for that garbage!!!! We ended up throwing themout and we're left starving after paying $23 for nothing. FALSE ADVERTISING!! You really give yourself a bad name when yourproduct looks nothing like the picture in the window advertising the product! It's basically lying. Reeling the customer in withan image of a filling, satisfying meal and actually serving something completely different. First and LAST time customers here!What a disappointment. I ordered 2 of the larger subs, they were totally different in size. One was turkey it was larger than the steak and cheese.
2x this month. Today I ordered a plain turkey n cheese with picked and a roast beef n cheese with mayo. It was correct on... receipt unlike last time which I admit I didn't check. So what I got was turkey cheese mayo lettuce tomatoes cucumbers androast beef sans mayo or cheese with pickles.. wt? It doesn't sound terrible but all the kid had to do was read the order,again. CHEAP COMPANY. I used to go here often. I 'EARNED " a free sandwich as a good customer. that was a small sandwich, i asked... for tuna and asked them to put oil and vinegar on it. they said "NO", that is not part of the bonus program. you can only havethe tuna and the bread but no oil and vinegar on it. some loyalty bonus. i am embarrassed for this cheap company and i will notbe back. The worst Jimmy Johns I?ve ever had to deal with. I order everyday for lunch and my sandwich never comes the way I order it.... Ever heard of extra oil and vinegar? They knock on my door and leave my food in the ground which is gross and tonight I got acall saying they couldn?t deliver my food. And he lied! First he said I was out of range and when I told him I live around thecorner he changed his story to they don?t have any delivery drivers. What a joke of a franchise.
